Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped in appropriate packaging. We advise you that someone should present to accept delivery at the address given. Orders sent to a non card registered address are sent at your liability.

Special orders

When placing what is known as special order (goods not stocked by us) once the goods has been placed with the manufacturer they can only be returned subject to the manufactures permission and may occur a postage and packing charge also a restocking charge. This can be as high as 50% with some manufactures. Orders are placed with the manufactures within 12 hours of order confirmation or payment.

VAT

For all orders placed in the UK or the European union 17.5% VAT is added. All other countries are VAT free.

Guarantee

All products sold are subject to the respective manufacturers warrenties.This is usually 12 months from date of purchase.

Wrayways will not share any information to third parties other than order details are needed to process the order. (carriers or post)

Returns

Any goods to be returned must be accompanied with the receipt in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
